Latinos comprise 30% of the construction workforce.  Recent studies demonstrate that Latino workers suffer the highest percentage of fall fatalities. Safety training in Spanish is woefully lacking.  Many workers have limited English proficiency (LEP) and fail to understand and benefit from safety training.
